Firefox merupakan browser yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh Mozilla. Disini, Jalan Tikus menyediakan klien Firefox untuk sistem operasi Microsoft Windows. Firefox memiliki ukuran file sekitar 20MB dan dapat digunakan di Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista dan XP. Firefox juga menawarkan pencarian menggunakan Bing. Firefox juga rajin dalam melakukan update baik minor maupun yang besar seperti pergantian versi, penambahan fitur dan perbaikan bug. Semua update tersebut dilakukan untuk menambah tingkat kenyamanan para penggunanya.

Dilihat dari segi interface, pada Firefox semakin lama semakin menunjukkan kesederhanaan, tidak membuat banyak fitur untuk ditampilkan di awal, dan pengguna juga bisa mengaktifkan fitur tersebut. Untuk memperbanyak fitur, Firefox lebih mengutamakan Add-on yang bisa dipilih oleh pengguna sesuai kebutuhannya. Untuk pilihan seperti option dan lain-lain, bisa dilihat di bagian kiri atas dimana Mozilla menyatukan semua disana, sehingga terlihat lebih rapi. Ketika kamu membuka tab terbaru, Firefox akan memberikan beberapa sugesti dari halaman yang sering diakses. Untuk kolom pencarian dan address bar tetap dipisah sehingga bisa melakukan 2 hal berbeda tanpa saling menimpa.

Pada Firefox terbaru juga sudah dilengkapi dengan downloader, sehingga ketika kamu menekan tombol download, Firefox akan langsung mengaktifkan downloadernya yang berada di kanan atas berbentuk tanda panah ke bawah. Ketika proses download berjalan, maka tanda tersebut akan berubah menjadi warna hijau. Dilengkapi juga dengan PDF Viewer yang banyak digunakan untuk dokumen tanpa menggunakan software.
